Peter Harwin

Founding Partner, Fairmount Funds Management LLC

Peter Harwin has served as a member of the Board since 2022. Mr. Harwin is a Founding Partner at Fairmount Funds Management LLC, a healthcare investment firm he co-founded in April 2016. Prior to Fairmount, he was a member of the investment team at Boxer Capital, LLC, part of the Tavistock Group, based in San Diego. Mr. Harwin serves as chairman of the board of directors of Cogent Biosciences, Inc., and is a director of Crescent Biopharma, Inc., Oruka Therapeutics, Inc., Spyre Therapeutics, Inc, and Galecto, Inc. He is also a director of Paragon Therapeutics, Inc. He holds a B.B.A. from Emory University.
